LICENSE AGREEMENT
This agreement is a legal agreement between you and WPCSVImporter.com. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements or understandings between you and WPCSVImporter.com. All rights not granted to you in this agreement are reserved to WPCSVImporter.com.

Definitions
a. Software: The WP CSV Importer WordPress plugin and any related or associated files, data, documentation, updates, license keys, databases, script modifications, and any other derivative works thereof.

Grant
a. You may use the Software for the purposes of importing content databases to WordPress.
b. You may make a reasonable number of copies for backup purposes only.
c. You may modify the Software as per your requirements.

Restrictions
a. You may not distribute copies of the Software or transfer any part of them to a 3rd party.
b. You may not rent, lease, sell, or sub-license the Software or copies of the Software.
c. You may not use the Software to engage in any illegal activity.

Transfer
You may not transfer your license or any part of it to any other 3rd party.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WPCSVImporter.com be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software. The Software comes without warranty, even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

License Modification
WPCSVImporter.com reserves the right to modify the license agreement at any time. These changes will take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Software after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance and agreement of such changes. You may view the latest copy of the license agreement online at this URL. If you do not agree with the changes in the license agreement, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is terminate this agreement as outlined in the "Termination" section of this agreement.

Termination
Either party has the right to terminate this agreement within 72 hours of sending e-mail notice to the other party. Upon termination, you agree to destroy any copies of the Software and any derivative works thereof.

You will receive a full refund under the following cases:
a. WPCSVImporter.com chooses to terminate the agreement for a reason other than violation and you paid via PayPal or Google Checkout.
b. You choose to terminate within 30 days of purchase and you paid via PayPal or Google Checkout.

No refunds are available to customers who contact us directly to arrange an alternate payment method (including but not limited to check, money order, or Western Union). The money back guarantee only applies to payments sent via PayPal and Google Checkout.
